Who is this program for?

The BPM Method: Perform is designed for early-stage indoor cycling instructors who have recently made it onto the podium and are now figuring out what comes next. If you've passed your audition, completed your training program, and are ready to invest in your continued development as a coach - this is your next step. The BPM Method: Perform is best suited for coaches with fewer than 500 classes taught.

How are the sessions delivered? Do I need an indoor cycling bike?

Sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom video call and you don't need a bike to participate. Each session runs approximately 60 minutes - 40-45 minutes of content followed by 15-20 minutes of Q&A and hot seat time. You'll also receive a follow-up email after each session with resources and optional homework.

Is there a recording if I miss a session?

Yes — session recordings are available exclusively to cohort attendees who are unable to attend live. If something comes up, you won't fall behind!

Is there any 1:1 support available?

Yes - limited 1:1 coaching spots are available for cohort participants who want personalized feedback on their classes - covering anything from form and cueing, to programming and motivational delivery. Details will be shared once all five sessions are complete.

What if I teach at a studio that has its own training program?

The BPM Method: Perform is designed to compliment your studio's training, not replace it. While your studio will teach you their specific choreography, terminology, and brand pillars, The BPM Method: Perform teaches you what most studio manuals leave out - how to develop your physical credibility on the bike, program a class with real intention, and build a sustainable career with consistently filled classes.

When is the next cohort?

Cohort 2 runs across 5 sessions in September and October 2026. Spots are limited - secure yours early.
