Built for the Podium.
BPM BY BRITTNEY
BPM is a third space built for coaches, by coaches - a place where Body, Performance, and Mind align to deliver stronger, more intentional indoor cycling classes.
Here, coaches collaborate to close the gap between where they are and where they’re capable of going.
Welcome to BPM.

ABOUT
ME
I HELP INDOOR CYCLING COACHES WHO ARE READY TO BUILD SUSTAINABLE CAREERS WITH CLARITY AND PURPOSE.
Before BPM, I spent 15 years training and competing as an athlete on Canada’s National Badminton Team. That experience shaped my understanding of performance and leadership - and taught me what great coaching truly looks like.
I found indoor cycling after retiring from competition following the Tokyo 2021 Olympic cycle. What started as a way to rebuild confidence and reconnect outside of sport quickly became my new obsession, because it was a passion that felt entirely my own.
In my five years of coaching, I have consistently invested in my own development, seeking out mentorship, training, and experiences that continue to shape my approach. Much of that growth came from building my own roadmap - hours spent researching, gathering insight wherever I could, and asking questions until I found the answers.
After building waitlisted classes locally and cultivating connections with instructors worldwide, I saw firsthand what is possible when the craft is approached with intention. I also recognized how much further we could go if we raised the standard together across the indoor cycling space.
THAT'S WHY I CREATED BPM - TO BUILD THE SPACE I WISHED EXISTED WHEN I STARTED.
